Abstract Objective: To explore the improved non prolapse uterus operation safety and superiority.Method: From 2012 January to 2014 January in Shifang City Maternal and Child Health Hospital, 66 patients of uterinebenign lesion and non prolapse uterus resection were treated by improved transvaginal hysterectomy, and their weight, operative time, hospitalization time, postoperative complications of bleeding were observed during and after operation, which were compared with 70 patients who underwent transabdominal and transvaginal hysterectomy traditional surgery, inorder to understand the safety and operation innovation. Result: The amount of bleeding, operation time, hospitalizationtime and postoperative fever, postoperative bleeding, abnormal vaginal secretions of the study group was significantlybetter than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences( P<0.05). Conclusion: The modifiedsurgical method not only bleeding significantly reduces, operation time and hospitalization time is shortened obviously, and the incidence of postoperative complications is significantly lower. To retain the traditional vaginal hysterectomy is notopen, no incision, less trauma, on intestinal interference is small, the advantages of rapid recovery after operation. At thesame time to improve its exposure is difficult, technical requirements are relatively high, organ injury risk shortcomings. Itis worth of promotion in hospitals.
