Abstract Objective：To observe the effects of two kinds expulsion of fetus on maternal perineum injury.Method：420 cases of pregnant in the fourth quarter of 2013 were selected as the object of study. 214 cases of pregnant were selected as the observation group，in the production process， episiotomy was controlled strictly by improving maternal posture， force time and skills，and techniques of protecting perineum.206 cases of pregnant were selected as control group，in the production process， episiotomy was carried out almost with traditional posture， maternal cervix mouth open guiding the maternal strain every nerve force，and traditional methods of protecting perineum. Result：The episiotomy rate of observation group was decreased obviously，the incidence of perineum deep laceration， hematoma，edema， infection，and bad wound healing were decreased obviously. Perineum wound less bleeding， postpartum perineum were comfort significantly better than that of the control group， the differences were statistically significant（ P<0.05）. Conclusion：Delivery method of observation group can decrease perineum damage greatly， and improve maternal
perineum comfortable sensation.
