| Treatment of Minimally Invasive Double Locking Plate in the Patients with Schatzker Type V and Ⅵ of Tibial Plateau Fracture |

Abstract Objective：To study and observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive double locking plate in the treatment of patients with schatzker type Ⅴ and Ⅵ of tibial plateau fracture.Method：90 patients with schatzker type Ⅴ and Ⅵ of tibial plateau fracture who were treated with operation in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2014 were selected as study objects，and they were randomly divided into control group（normal anatomical plate treatment group）for 45 cases and observation group（minimally invasive double locking plate treatment group）for 45 cases，then knee joint function evaluation results of different schatzker types，joint motion range and X-ray examination results at different time after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result：The knee joint function excellent and good rates of observation group with different schatzker types were higher than those of control group，and the joint motion range and X-ray examination results at different time after the treatment were all better than those of control group too，the differences of two groups were significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of minimally invasive double locking plate in the treatment of patients with schatzker type Ⅴ and Ⅵ of tibial plateau fracture are better，and its improvement effect for various directions of the fracture are more obvious.
