Abstract Objective:To study the value of frequency domain OCT measurement of the thickness of retinal nerve fibrous layer and macular GCC in the diagnosis of primary glaucoma.Method:A total of 50 primary glaucoma patients in our hospital were selected as the experimental group, and 50 cases of normal eyes personnel during the same period in our hospital for physical examination were selected as the control group, clinical diagnosis effect of two groups were analyzed. Result: The RNFL average thickness around optic disc and average thickness of the macular region of GCC of two groups were significantly different( P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of frequency domain OCT detection of the thickness of fibrous layer and macular GCC in the diagnosis of primary glaucoma can objectively reflect the glaucoma optic nerve damage degree, have a higher value.
