Abstract Objective： To observe the curative effect of psychological nursing for the patients with mild traumatic brain injuries with depression and anxiety. Method：40 patients with mild traumatic brain injuries with obvious symptoms of depression and anxiety were treated with psychological nursing. Before and after treatment， the symptoms of patients，the scores of self-report symptom inventory checklist 90（ SCL-90） and the nursing effect were compared. Result： The depression and anxiety symptoms of patients with mild traumatic brain injuries were significantly relieved，the SCL-90 scores before and after treatment was compared， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）.Conclusion： The targeted psychological care for patients of mild traumatic brain injuries with depression and anxiety， can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and SCL-90 scores，it has important clinical significance.
