Abstract Objective： To explore the application of humanized nursing management in nursing management in operation room. Method：100 patients with surgical treatment at our department in 2013 were selected as the control group，100 patients with surgical treatment at our department in 2014 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given usual nursing management ，the observation group was given humanized nursing management.The nursing disputes， nursing errors and satisfaction degree of patients and their families of two groups were compared.Result： The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group， and the amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 100%；the control group of that was 83.0%， there were 2 cases of disputes and 10 cases of nursing errors，compared two groups the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.The comfort level of observation group was 88.0% significantly higher than control group of 39.0%，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Nursing management in the operation room to take human nature of nursing management can let patients enjoy the best service， improve the operation of the treatment effect and satisfaction of family members.
