Abstract Objective:To evaluate the quality of chest external cardiac compression by nursing students through the feedback system and to provide basis for improving the teaching and training.Method:80 nursing students were randomly selected and assigned to take part in the CPR theory and operation training.According to the‘ Heart and Lung Recovery Guide of 2010’,the key and difficult points of the link quality were taught.Practical training was conducted by using advanced CPR simulation. The effect of chest external cardiac compression was assessed.Result:65.00% of the nursing students’ pressing rates were equal to or more than 100 times per minute and 21.84% of the nursing students’ compression depths were more than 5 cm.The accuracy rate of positioning was 91.51%,the fully rebound rate of the chest wall was 96.60%, the proportion of standard press was 30.88%.Conclusion:Paying attention to the training of the link quality can effectively improve the quality of the chest external cardiac compression by nursing students.
