Abstract Objective：To analyze the sickbed allocation of clinical department，so as to optimize the sickbed allocation in hospital.Method：The 95% confidence interval was used to analyze the data and calculate the reasonable interval of sickbeds.Result：The sickbed allocation of 15 clinical departments in 30 clinical departments were suitable，9 clinical departments were insufficient，6 clinical departments were in surplus.Conclusion：Bed dynamic management，bed resources sharing， establishing medical association are all important measures to strengthen bed management.
