| Clinical Research of Posterolateral and Medial Combined Approaches in Prone Position in the Treatment of Three Ankle Fracture |

Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical effect of posterolateral and medial combined approaches in prone position in the treatment of three ankle fracture. Method：56 patients with three ankle fracture in our hospital from June 2012 to December 2014 were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with posterolateral and medial combined approaches in prone position.The clinical therapeutic effect and the related indexes were observed.Result：All patients received accurate follow-up after surgical treatment.The follow-up time was 5 to 25 months，the mean followup time was 11.3 months.The healing time of the fracture was 2 to 5 months，the average time was 4.1 months.The clinical therapeutic effect showed that the amount of patients with excellent，good and may was 29，22 and 5 respectively，the effective rate was 91.1%. Conclusion：Posterolateral and medial combined approaches in prone position in the treatment of three ankle fracture has the advantages of simple operation，reliable and good clinical effect.It is worth promotion and application in clinic.
