Abstract Objective：To analyze clinical effects of repairing anterior tooth aesthetics by a combined orthodontic/prosthetic approach. Method：75 cases of defected anterior tooth and malocclusion were treated by orthodontic and prosthetic treatment.Result：The flat front tooth row aligned on the centerline alignment，shape restoration of natural beauty，while the tooth occlusal function returned to normal.Conclusion：Using combined orthodontic/prosthetic approach to treat the defected incisors can secure the best functional and esthetic outcomes.
