The first group contained 10 cases, they underwent the 18F-FDG PET-CT to examine the recurrent carcinoma after treatment. The second group contained 20 cases, and they were suspicious of recurrence in the clinic and they underwent the 18F-FDG PET-CT. Result: In the first group, there were 8 cases were negative results after undergoing the 18F-FDG PET-CT, including 1 case was positive result when undergoing the second 18F-FDG PET-CT examine, and proved to be digestive system cancer, 2 cases with positive result were diagnosed post-treatment changes. In the second group, 15 cases were positive results and 3 cases were proved to recurrent or move by operation, and the other 12 cases were given chemotherapy or radiotherapy, then 7 patients’ recurrent tumor volume reduced, and 2 cases died, 3 patients’ tumor had no change. The other 5 cases were negative results, but 2 cases changed to be positive results after the second examination and proved to be recurrent carcinoma.
