Abstract Objective:To discuss the feasibility of EnCor vacuum assisted biopsy system in the extraction operation of polyacrylamide-hydrogel-injected breast augmentation, and to assess the results of the operations. Method:43 breasts of 23 patients who had polyacrylamide-hydrogel-injected breast augmentation suffered from post operation complications,PAHG extraction under EnCor vacuum assisted biopsy system guided by B-Ultrasonic was conducted for all the patients.Result: The majority of PAHG in 43 breasts were removed under EnCor vacuum-assisted biopsy system. After 3-6 months follow-up,only two breasts of 2 cases had few PAHG focal low echo nodular residues by B-Ultrasonic.Conclusion:The majority of PAHG can be removed under EnCor vacuum-assisted biopsy system. The extraction operation is less injury, safe and reliable. It has application value in clinic.
