Intervention Study of Diet and Psychological Nursing on Quality of Life and Psychological State of Senile Breast Cancer Patients with Chemotherapy |

Abstract Objective:To explore the influence of diet and psychological nursing on quality of life and psychological state of senile breast cancer patients with chemotherapy. Method:The clinical data of 210 patients with breast cancer in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different nursing models.100 patients in the control group were given conventional nursing during chemotherapy period,110 patients in the observation group were given diet and psychological nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The psychological status and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Result:After the intervention,the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than before the observation and higher than that of the control group,the total average score of SCL-90 and the score of each factor in the observation group were lower than before the observation and lower than those in the control group,the differences above were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Diet and psychological nursing intervention in senile patients with breast cancer during the treatment of chemotherapy can significantly improve patients’ quality of life and their psychological status.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
