Abstract Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Yiqi huoxue method to treat arrhythmia. Method： From August 2013 to August 2014， 50 patients with arrhythmia， were randomly divided into treatment group and control group， the control group used conventional drug treatment process of atropine， the treatment group was treated by yiqi huoxue method implementation process， to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the incidence of adverse reactions. Result： The treatment group total effective rate was 92.00%， the control group was 72.00%. And implement different after treatment， the treatment group patients’ whole blood viscosity（ high）， whole blood viscosity（low shear）， plasma viscosity ratio， red blood cells deposited， indexes of blood sedimentation six RBC electrophoresis was（ 3.14±1.22），（ 6.50±1.18），（ 1.52±0.20），（ 38.38±3.20）%，（ 25.08±2.23）s and（ 11.39±6.12）mm/h， and the control group changed significantly， there was significant difference between the two groups（ P<0.05）. Conclusion： Arrhythmia is treated by yiqi huoxue method to carry out the treatment process， the treatment effect is more pronounced， less adverse drug reaction， at the same time to improve the blood rheology indexes and cardiac function in patients with the indicators the result has a significant effect， is worth popularizing in clinical application.
