Abstract Objective:To discuss whether oxytocin can be applied to full-term pregnancy induced labor after cesarean. Method:842 pregnant women after cesarean section and again pregnancy were collected from February 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital, the clinical effect of oxytocin was observed, its security was analyzed. Result:The uterine scar group accepted oxytocin treatment,its postpartum hemorrhage occurred in 3 cases, the rate was 6.52%,nonpuerperal infection,no newborns was transferred to NICU,hospital stay were 2 to 9 days,the average were(4.24±2.05) days,compared with non-uterine scar group, the difference was no statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Oxytocin induction of labor at term of pregnancy after cesarean are feasible and relatively safe.
