Abstract Objective：To explore the value of hysteroscopy in diagnosis of endometrial neoplasia.Method：85 cases who underwent hysteroscopic examination and diagnostic curettage were analysed retrospectively. of the clinical manifestations， preoperative ultrasound characteristics， surgical methods and the consistency results of the pathological diagnosis of the patients were analysed.Result： 64 patients underwent hysteroscopy examination，37 patients of reproductive period with preoperative ultrasound tip intrauterine placeholder growth， 27 menopausal women of preoperative ultrasound tip intrauterine placeholder were 9 cases and 18 cases of endometrial thickening.Endometrial polyp detection rate of 37 cases with hysteroscopy examination in the reproductive period was 72.97%，which was significantly higher than 9.52% of the diagnostic curettage examination.But the detection rate of uterine endometrial cancer， uterine endometrial atypical hyperplasia， simple endometrial hyperplasia， and proliferative endometrial in diagnostic curettage check were higher than hysteroscopy examination. In menopausal women，preoperative ultrasound prompted the placeholder of 9 cases， hysteroscopy check 100% had intrauterine implement qualitative sex pathological change； preoperative ultrasound prompted 18 cases of endometrial thickening，hysteroscopy examination revealed 8 cases（ 44.44%） normal endometrium，10 cases of endometrial lesions， including 2 cases（ 11.11%） of endometrial malignant lesions，8 cases（44.44%）of endometrial polyps.Conclusion： Hysteroscopy has important value in the diagnosis of intrauterine lesions，but it is necessary to apply the technique of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of different endometrial lesions diseases，reduce unnecessary invasive examination and treatment.
