Abstract Objective:To investigate the prevention value for patients with deep vein thrombosis after general surgery detected by D- dimer( D-Dimer,DD) and coagulation factor. Method:48 inpatients with general surgical from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into without deep vein thrombosis group for 32 cases( non-DVT group)and deep vein thrombosis group for 16 cases( DVT group).D-D and fibrinogen( FIB) in blood were detected respectively before surgery and after surgery of 1 day,3 and 7 days. Result:D-D and FIB levels of patients in two groups at first and third day after surgery were significantly increased, compared with before surgery the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). D-D and FIB levels in the non-DVT group at the 7th day after surgery decreased to the preoperative level, compared with before surgery the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05). The D-D and FIB levels at the 7th day after surgery in the DVT group were significantly increased, compared with the preoperation, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Determination of D-dimer and coagulation factor have better preventive values for deep vein thrombosis after general surgery,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
