| Effect Observation of Selenium-rich Hot Spring Water Bath for the Treatment of Patients with Foot Chronic Painless Ulcer |

Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of selenium-rich hot spring water bath for the treatment of patients with foot chronic painless ulcer.Method：40 patients with foot chronic painless ulcer were divided into the experimental group（20 cases） and the control group（20 cases） according to whether or not to accept the seleniumrich hot spring water bath treatment.The control group was treated by Sulfadiazine Silver Cream，on the basis of the control group，the experimental group was treated by selenium-rich hot spring water bath.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result：The ulcer healing rate and total effective rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The ulcer area after treatment for 1 week，2 and 4 weeks of the two groups were significantly less than before treatment，and the ulcer area after treatment for 1 week，2 and 4 weeks of the experimental group were significantly less than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The content of VEGF after treatment for 1 week，2 and 4 weeks of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment，and the content of VEGF after treatment for 1 week，2 and 4 weeks of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion：Selenium-rich hot spring water bath can improve the patients with foot chronic painless ulcer， reduce the ulcer area，increase the content of VEGF，it has significant clinical effect.
