Abstract Objective:To study the feasibility of mobile internet of things in postoperative analgesia management. Method:100 patients who needed analgesia after cesarean section from May 2014 to November 2014 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups, each group had 50 patients. The control group was given analgesia management through traditional electronic analgesic pump, while the observation group was given analgesia management through the mobile internet of things. The scores of analgesia, the processing time of alarm events and patients’ satisfaction were recorded and compared between the two groups.Result:The differences in NRS scores and complications of postoperative analgesia of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The processing time of alarm events of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group. The satisfaction score and satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The differences above were all statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The management of related events of analgesic pump and medical workers’ management and service are the important reasons which influence the total satisfaction of postoperative analgesia. The mobile internet of things used in postoperative analgesia management can improve medical workers’ work efficiency, enhance patients’ satisfaction and make the doctor easier. It conforms to the requirements of the transformation of medical service mode and the development of era.It is worthy of clinical extension and application.
