Abstract Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Xuesaitong combined with Troxerutin and Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection for the treatment of ischemic cerebral apoplexy.Method：158 patients with ischemic cerebral apoplexy admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 were selected，they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method，79 cases in each group.The control group was given Troxerutin and Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection for treatment，the observation group was given Xuesaitong combined with Troxerutin and Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection for treatment.The neurological function defect situation before and after treatment，clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result：There were no statistically significant differences in neurological function defect score between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05），and the neurological function defect score of the observation group after treatment was obviously lower than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly 95.0%，which was significantly higher than 77.2% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of the two groups. Conclusion：Xuesaitong combined with Troxerutin and Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection for the treatment of ischemic cerebral apoplexy can effectively improve the patients’ neurologic deficits，curative effect is distinct，less adverse reactions，is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
