Abstract Objective:To improve pharmacy service quality,then trying to implement the QCC in the hospital pharmacy personnel.Method:From January 2014 to June,QCC in PIVAS was first tried to implement,and it was used in processes evaluation and management.Result:Through the QCC,it improved the cognition rate of drug instructions.The drug instructions cognitive problems from 127 cases reduced to 55 cases.Conclusion:Carrying out quality in pharmacy personnel management circle activities is feasible.It improves the pharmacy service quality.
