Abstract Objective: To explore the clinical value of uterine artery pulsatility index (PI) combined with fetal hemodynamic parameters in predicting severe preeclampsia in early pregnancy. Method: The clinical data of 104 pregnant women with regular prenatal examination and delivery in Gao'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. 52 patients with severe pre-eclampsia were taken as the observation group, and 52 pregnant women with normal prenatal examination were taken as the control group.
