Abstract Objective：To investigate L-carnitine supplementation of LC therapy on lipid metabolism and the effect of diabetes LC group.Method：78 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups， control group accepted conventional therapy， experimental group increased Levocarnitine Oral Solution treatment on the basis of conventional treatment，blood glucose， blood lipid before and after treatment and the changes of carnitine between the two groups was compared. Result：After treatment， the experimental group and the control group FPG， TG， TC， HDL and LDL was compared and the difference was statistically significant（ P<0.05）.LC in the experimental group compared with the control group， the difference was statistically significant （ P<0.05）.Conclusion：L-carnitine can correct the disorder of energy metabolism in patients with diabetic nephropathy， improve the control of blood glucose.
