Abstract Objective: To observe the application of the rapid rehabilitation management mode of medical technology integration in the Intensive Rehabilitation Care Unit. Method: A total of 60 critically ill patients who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected, they were divided into control group (30 cases) and observation group (30 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional management mode, and the observation group was treated with rapid rehabilitation management mode of medical technology integration. The recovery, patient satisfaction and length of stay were compared between the two groups. Result: Before management, there were no significant differences in neurological impairment scores (NIHSS) and modified Barthel index (MBI) scores between the two groups (P>0.05); after management, NIHSS scores of both groups were lower than those before management, and MBI scores of both groups were higher than those before management, NIHSS score of observation group was lower than that of control group, and MBI score of observation group was higher than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of doctors, nurses, rehabilitators and patients after management of observation group were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The duration of hospitalization of observation group was shorter than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: After the rapid rehabilitation management mode of medical technology integration for patients admitted to the Intensive Rehabilitation Care Unit, it can significantly improve the neurological deficit of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, shorten the hospitalization time of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients.
