| Clinical Observation of LMA（ Supreme） Laryngeal Mask Combined with Intravenous Anesthesia Used forLaparoscopic Cholecystectomy |

Abstract Objective：To compare clinical effect of LMA （Supreme） laryngeal mask and tracheal intubationcombined with intravenous anesthesia used in the laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method：Sixty patients with ASAⅠ-Ⅱ，no serious heart and lung function abnormalities， no oropharyngeal diseases and difficult airway，undergoing LCoperation， were randomly divided into two groups： 30 patients in each group. Blood pressure and heart rate changes wereobserved during intubation period， the operation period and the extubation（ LMA） period.Oxygen saturation and end tidalcarbon dioxide partial pressure change during operation were also observed.Flatulence and postoperative complicationswere observed.Result：The two groups after induction of anesthesia， blood pressure during operation were compared withthe basic value decreased significantly， laryngeal mask group flatulence incidence（ 0 cases） was significantly lowerthan that of endotracheal intubation group（18 cases）（P<0.01），laryngeal mask group extubation cough，bodymovement rate（ 4 cases） was significantly lower than that of the trachea insert tube group（ 16 cases）（P<0.01）.Conclusion：LMA（ Supreme） with laryngeal mask airway anesthesia hemodynamic composite vein smooth， comparison，and tracheal intubation has the advantages of simple operation， less complications， can be safely and effectively used inlaparoscopic cholecystectomy.
