Abstract Objective： To improve the confirmation percentage of ultrasonic diagnosis through analyzing the features of sonogram. Method：98 cases patients with the vaginal ultrasonography were selected by inspect the clinical suspected ectopic pregnancy， the uterus and its parametrium under different positions were scanned and the ultrasonogram of the uterine cavity as well as its parametrium were observed. Result： Among these cases， endometrial hyperplasia taked up 35.7 %；intrauterine pregnancy sac was 13.6%；the percent on behalf of the specificity blocks was 21.4； non-specificity blocks was the most largely percentage of 78.6%； truly describe the ratio of pelvic effusion was 63.4 %.Conclusion：Due to the following characteristic， such as the high correct detection probability ， vaginal ultrasonography is the best way to diagnose ectopic pregnancy. It can be confirmed via the specificity ultrasonogram. We can make an accuracy diagnose when studying the symptoms of non-specificity blocks，the history of menelipsis，irregular vaginal bleeding，abdominal pain，the positive pregnancy test and pelvic effusion. When patients exhibit the above clinical symptoms meanwhile the ultrasonic examination shows negative or non-typical sonograms， we should not give up any considerations of ectopic pregnancy instead the follow-up observation should be taken into account.
