Abstract Objective: To observe the effect of segmented personalized jumping exercise in accelerating the excretion of ureteral stones. Method: A total of 86 patients with ureteral calculi were admitted to Heze Municipal Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected, 43 patients were divided into the control group (providing various nursing measures according to the routine), and the remaining 43 patients were divided into the observation group (carrying out segmented personalized jumping exercise on the basis of the former group) by the random number table method. The stone removal time, total stone removal rate, pain score [visual analogue scale (VAS)] before and after intervention, comfort score [general conmfort qusetionnarie (GCQ)] and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Result: There was no difference in stone removal time between the two groups (P>0.05), the total stone removal rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no difference in VAS scores between the two groups (P>0.05); after intervention, the VAS scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Before the intervention, there were no differences between the two groups in scores of body, movement, psychology and environment of GCQ (P>0.05); after intervention, scores of body, movement, psychology and environment of GCQ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The segmented personalized jumping exercise has an ideal effect in accelerating the discharge of ureteral calculus, can reduce the pain of patients during the discharge of stones, and improve their comfort and satisfaction.
