Abstract Objective: To investigate and analyze the occurrence situation of acute kidney injury in patients with acute heart failure and its influence factors. Method: A total of 160 patients with acute heart failure admitted to First People's Hospital of Longnan City from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research object, and the incidence of acute kidney injury was statistically analyzed. Meanwhile, the incidence of acute kidney injury in patients with acute heart failure were compared with the different gender, age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, high blood sodium, New York Heart Association (NYHA) classification, kidney disease history, estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) levels, hemoglobin levels, application of diuretics, Charson complications index (CCI) scores and organ failure situation, and the influencing factors of acute kidney injury in patients with acute heart failure were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression. Result: Among 160 patients with acute heart failure, 38 cases had acute kidney injury, the incidence rate was 23.75%. There were no significant differences in the incidence of acute kidney injury among patients with acute heart failure of different gender and hemoglobin levels (P>0.05). There were significant differences in the incidence of acute kidney injury among patients with acute heart failure of different ages, hypertension, diabetes, high blood sodium, NYHA classification, kidney disease history, eGFR levels, application of diuretics, CCI scores and organ failure situation (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age, hypertension, diabetes, high blood sodium, NYHA classification, kidney disease history, eGFR level, application of diuretics and organ failure situation were the influencing factors of acute kidney injury in patients with acute heart failure (P<0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of acute kidney injury in patients with acute heart failure is high, so we should pay attention to the evaluation and intervention of risk factors that affect the occurrence of acute kidney injury in patients with acute heart failure, such as age, hypertension, diabetes, high blood sodium, NYHA classification, kidney disease history, eGFR level, application of diuretics and organ failure situation, so as to reduce the risk of acute kidney injury.
