Abstract Objective: To analyze the ultrasonographic manifestations of endometrial receptivity and uterine artery hemodynamics in infertile women. Method: A total of 80 cases of infertility at Yong抋n Municipal Hospital and 70 pregnant women who underwent health examinations from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects. Among them, patients with infertility were included in group B, and pregnant women who underwent health examinations were included in group A. The two groups received transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination on the 8th, 15th and 22nd day of menstruation, endometrial receptivity and uterine artery hemodynamic indicators were summarized, and comparative analysis was conducted. Result: On the 8th, 15th, and 22nd day of menstruation, compared with group A, the proportion of endometrial type A in group B were lower, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). On the 8th and 22nd day of menstruation, compared with group A, the proportion of B-type endometrium in group B were higher, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). On the 15th day of menstruation, the proportion of C-type endometrium in group B was higher than that in group A, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). On the 8th, 15th, and 22nd day of menstruation, compared with group A, group B had a relatively lower endometrial thickness; the type A of endometrium in group B were relatively low; the proportion of uterine content volume ≥2 mL in group B were relatively lower, while the proportion of uterine content volume <2 mL were relatively higher; the pulsatile index and resistance index of group B were relatively higher, while the maximum systolic velocity were relatively lower (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with healthy women, infertile women have a decrease in endometrial thickness, a decrease in uterine volume, an increase in pulsation index and resistance index, and a decrease in maximum systolic velocity, testing these indicators is beneficial for clinical screening and preliminary diagnosis of infertility.
