Observation on Effects of Health Education and Targeted Nursing on Patients with Missed Abortion

Abstract  Objective:To understand and master the effects of health education and targeted nursing on patients with missed abortion.Method:68 cases of patients admitted in our hospital were investigated by designed questionnaire and the results were reviewed and analyzed.The patients were given health education and targeted nursing,their
requirement for health-related knowledge and the level of satisfaction were observed.Result:Through the questionnaire survey,it was found that patients with missed abortion paid more attention to the health education knowledge related to abortion sequela,relevant diseases,pain of abortion surgery,families’psychic reaction and attentions for next pregnancy.In addition,the total satisfaction rate after treatment was 95.6%,which was higher than that before treatment(70.6%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing staff should popularize relevant healthy knowledge and targeted nursing measures to patients with missed abortion based on their requirement to healthy knowledge,in order to improve the patients’physical condition.
