| Different Surgical Cases of Femoral Neck Fracture Patients on Postoperative Survey |

Abstract Objective： To compare the different methods of femoral neck fracture surgery postoperative pain，restore health status and satisfaction of influence.Method：223 cases of femoral neck fracture， they were accepted procedures include total hip arthroplasty， hemiarthroplasty， open reduction and internal fixation and closed reduction and internal fixation . Fill in a complex questionnaire through telephone interviews of patients， including the EQ-5D（ Europea five-dimensional Health Questionnaire）， numerical rating scale and satisfaction.Result： The total hip arthroplasty postoperative pain rating was significantly lower than the open reduction and fixation（ P<0.05）， EQ-5D score was no significant difference in total hip arthroplasty and hemiarthroplasty， but high open reduction and internal fixation in（ P<0.05）. After total hip arthroplasty highest satisfaction， compared with the other three groups had significant difference（ P<0.05）.Conclusion：In patients with femoral neck fracture total hip arthroplasty postoperative pain ， better postoperative recovery of health，satisfaction is relatively high， are better than hemiarthroplasty and internal fixation group.
