Abstract Objective：To explore the application effect of humanistic care in patients with advanced malignant tumor of the nursing process.Method：183 patients with advanced malignant tumor from 2013 January to December were set as experimental group， and 2012 January to December at the time of discharge from the ward and effectively fill in 152 advanced malignant tumor patient satisfaction questionnaire were set as control group， the control group was given routine care， the implementation of comprehensive quality of nursing with the concept of humanistic concern patients was given to the experimental group， and to compare patients satisfaction of the two groups.Result：The implementation of the overall satisfaction， the experimental group had the idea of humanistic nursing service attitude， technology level of satisfaction evaluation were significantly higher than those in control group.Conclusion：For patients with advanced malignant tumor， the implementation of comprehensive quality of nursing is the concept of humanistic concern， can reduce patient discomfort， improve the quality of life of patients， improve patient satisfaction.
