Abstract Objective:To understand the application effect of individualized psychological intervention on initial artificial abortion.Method:202 cases of proposing to artificial abortion were chosen, they were randomly divided into intervention group( n=101) and control group( n=101).The control group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group was given preoperative psychological intervention, the psychological interventions included preoperative education,breathing relaxation training, music therapy.measurement SAI were repeating accepted by each group during the operation,5 minutes before the operation ,30 minutes after the operation;And the blood pressure, pulse were measured 5 minutes before the operation .Postoperative pain score was measured when the patient was fully awake.Result:the anxiety of the abortion group( the intervention group and the control group) was significantly higher than the norm(P<0.01).The anxiety value of the intervention group after intervention was less than the control group, postoperative pain score was significant lower than the control group(P<0.05). The preoperative anxiety and the postoperative pain were positively correlated.Conclusion:Individualized psychological intervention has lower abortion subject anxiety level and the effect postoperative pain.
