Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical manifestation of the patients with diabetes foot infections and explore the synthetic nursing process of lower limbs ulcer surface so as to evaluate the intervention effectiveness. Method: A total of 203 diabetic patients who were treated in the hospital from 2009 to 2014 were randomly divided into the comprehensive nursing group of 101 patients and the routine nursing group of 102 patients. Both groups were treated the same treatment and normal nursing, while the comprehensive nursing group was treated with synthetic nursing intervention. Result: After the treatment and nursing, both groups developed but the comprehensive nursing group had 58(57.4%) of degree 0, while the routine nursing group had 42(41.2%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups of infection were controlled with a decreasing infection rate,the comprehensive nursing group was better than the routine nursing group. And the comprehensive nursing group of total effective rate was 94.1% higher than the routine nursing group of 82.4%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing group has a higher total control the systemic condition, improve the local microcirculation and wound healing, reduce the incidence of infection, and significantly improve the therapeutic effect.
