Abstract Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical observation keypoints and nursing measure of patients with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension.Method:120 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension were divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The observation group was given targeted nursing, while the control group was given usual nursing. Maternal and neonatal outcomes, control rate and satisfaction of both groups were compared. Result:The cesarean section rate, preterm birth rate, neonatal fetal distress and asphyxia rate of the observation group were lower than the control group. The cesarean section rate of the observation group, which was 40.0%( 24/60), was significantly lower than the control group of 76.7%( 46/60). The difference was statistically significant( P<0.05); Blood pressure control rate of the observation group was 60.0%( 36/60), which was significantly higher than the control group of 36.7%( 22/60); nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.3%( 59/60), which was significantly higher than the control group of 83.3%( 50/60). The differences were statistically significant( P<0.05).Conclusion:Close clinical observation and targeted nursing management helps to improve maternal and neonatal outcomes, hypertension control rates, and nursing satisfaction.
