Abstract Objective：To research clinical efficacy， adverse psychology and quality of life of system nursing intervention on patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer.Method：110 patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer in our hospital were randomly divided into study group（ 55 cases） and control group（ 55 cases） according to random number table method.The control group was given conventional nursing， the study group was treated by system nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed， and the psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated.Result：After treatment， the effect rate of the study group was 92.73%， which was significantly higher than 72.73% in the control group（ P<0.05）.After treatment， the psychological status and life quality of the two groups were improved significantly.The study group psychological status of SAS and SDS scores was（ 38.84±5.15） and （35.92±4.03） points， which reduced significantly than the control group， and the quality of life for SF-36 score was （78.92±6.84） points， which increased significantly than the control group.Conclusion：System nursing intervention can improve the efficacy of clinical treatment in patients with chronic gastritis， gastric ulcer， and can effectively improve the patient’s psychological status and quality of life， which is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
