Analysis Effects of Continuous Personalized Obstetrical Model on Primipara Delivery Outcome

Abstract  Objective:To discussion the influence of contact personalized midwifery model of early maternal birth outcomes.Method: 220 cases produced by admission time primiparous women were selected in our hospital from January 2012 to September 2013,and randomly divided into experimental and control groups,110 cases in each group. The control group was treated by traditional midwifery model, the experimental group was treated by individualized midwifery model. Two groups mothers of pain, birth outcomes and family satisfaction produced were compared.Result:When the two groups of mothers produce pain, labor, neonatal apgae and family satisfaction scores were not the same, the experimental group was better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized mode of connection to the relative ease of midwifery can relief pain, increased family satisfaction, enhance the quality of delivery,and can be popularized in production of clinical.
