Abstract Objective：To investigate the analysis of the effect of different ways of Mifepristone in the treatment of recurrent endometriosis.Method：60 cases with recurrent endometriosis in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were chosen. According to the different ways of treatment and care， they were divided into two groups， and 30 patients in each group. The observation group was taken with Mifepristone therapy and standardized nursing intervention after treatment， and the control group was taken with Gestrinone therapy with routine care after treatment. The two groups were treated for six months. Following up for 6 months after treatment for three months， the clinical effect， changes in hormone levels， nursing compliance and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Result：The clinical effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 83.3% and 43.3%， and the differences were with statistical significance （P<0.05）. The FH， E2， PRL， LH， progesterone and other hormones indicators after treatment were improved. The improved situation of inspection indicators in the observation group after treatment were significantly better than the control group（ P<0.05）. The satisfaction rates of the observation group and the control group were 83.4% and 46.7%， and the differences were with statistical significance( P<0.05）. The compliance care rates in the observation group and control group were 94.9% and 53.3%， and the differences were with statistical significance（ P<0.05）. Conclusion：Mifepristone and full normalization intervention care for recurrent endometriosis can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms and hormone levels， and improve nursing satisfaction and compliance， its clinical effect is exact， and it is worthy of promotion.
