Abstract Objective:To analyze nonsocial infection of patients in department of cardiology, provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of hospital infection, and promote the patient’s rehabilitation work.Method:600 patients hospitalized in department of cardiology during January 2013 to April 2014 were selected to retrospectively analyze.Result:45 cases in 600 patients with cardiovascular disease occurrences nonsocial infection.The infection rate was 7.5%.One of the most common infection was respiratory tract infection, accounted for 48.9%.The main pathogenic bacteria was Gram-negative bacteria, accounted for 64%.Mainly affected by pseudobulbar paralysis, long period of hospitalization,advanced age, underlying diseases, invasive operation, heart function and other factors.Conclusion:The patients in department of cardiology are more susceptible factors, so the nosocomial infection rate is higher.Rational uses of drugs and preventive measures should be actively taken.
