Abstract In the hospital management， the application of clinical pathway of this management mode， is a revolution to the hospital medical management behavior model. For the medical record management workers， clinical pathway work will inevitably bring the management work of great challenge. The need for renewal and transformation of the existing medical record management concept and management mode， establish evidence-based medicine point of view， the theory and method of clinical pathway management were studied， and the master， through continuous learning，improve the management of medical record practitioners of professional quality and comprehensive quality， case data of scientific， effective screening， in order to provide reliable service for the hospital medical records management work to ensure the implementation of clinical pathway， clinical pathway in the implementation of hospital science， this is the actual problem in current medical record management workers face. In this paper， the medical record management in the introduction of clinical pathway management mode， analyzes the problems， discusses the new requirements in the medical record management of clinical pathway in the work， and put forward the countermeasures aiming at existing problems.
