Abstract Objective：To study the clinical effect of Yueju Pills and Ganmai Dazao subtraction treatment for patients with postpartum depression.Method：60 patients with postpartum depression were selected from February 2013 to December 2014， and were randomly divided into two groups. C1 group（ observation group of 30 cases） ： chose the bow shot Kennedy wheat jujube tonga subtraction treatment based on psychological treatment； C2 group（ the control group 30 cases） ： chose the method of psychological treatment. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Result：After treatment，in HAMD scores and clinical total effective rate two aspects， C1 group were better than that of C2 group（ P<0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with postpartum depression， clinical choose the bow pill or wheat jujube tonga subtraction method for treatment， has a good effect， is worth wide application in the clinical practice.
