Abstract Objective：To observe the clinical effect on postoperative patients with thyroid cancer treated mainly by strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil method.Method：67 cases with thyroid cancer took Fuzheng Xiaoying decoction for two months after receiving surgery and endocrine treatment. The change of thyroglobulin（TG）level and the main clinical symptoms of patients were observed respectively before and after treatment.Result：The rate of decrease of TG level of 67 cases was 91.04%， and the rate of remission of symptoms was 79.10%.Conclusion：The postoperative patients with thyroid cancer were accepted by adjuvant therapy of traditional Chinese medicine， the side-reaction due to endocrinotherapy of thyroid cancer of them was alleviated， and TG level of them was decreased. The clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients were improved.
