Abstract Objective：To study application of color Doppler ultrasonography to diagnosis of priapism.Method：From 2003 to 2013， our hospital received and cured 16 patients with ultrasonic diagnoses of priapism and analyzed and compared two types of ultrasonic diagnoses applications of Priapism.Result：Among those patients， four cases had high flow priapism and twelve cases had low flow priapism.For those two kinds of priapism， their two- dimensional ultrasonoscopy of cavernosal were different and there were significant differences between their blood velocities of color Doppler corpus cavernosal artery and penis deep dorsal veins.Conclusion：Due to its non-invasion， color Doppler ultrasonography has specific ultrasonography findings.Color Doppler ultrasonography is one of the most valuable preferred methods for clinical classification diagnosis of priapism.
