Abstract Objective：To study the clinical effect of combine traditional Chinese and Tujia medicine treatment of chronic gastritis. Method： 120 patients with chronic gastritis were selected from January 2009 to July 2014， and randomly divided into control group and treatment group， 60 cases in each group. Observation group was treated with western medicine， and Control group was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. the clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of observation group was 98.3%，and that of control group was 91.7%.The total effective rate of observation group was evidently higher than that of control group ，which had statistical significance（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The application of integrative medicine has a good therapeutic effect on bile reflux gastritis， with low recurrence rate， can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
