Abstract Mitochondria apoptosis pathway is a central link in the process of apoptosis ， and the releasing of cyt-c from mitochondria plays key role. The interaction of apoptosis-promoting and survival- promoting proteins of Bcl-2 protein family controls the releasing of cyt-c et al from mitochondria， and has distinctly important regulating effect on mitochondria apoptosis pathway. Apoptosis plays important role in many diseases. It is hopeful to interdict apoptosis by acting on target spots of regulating proteins of mitochondria apoptosis pathway， and accordingly treat related diseases.
