Abstract Objective:To study the atomization inhalation budesonide suspension liquid and compoundisopropyl bromide liquid atomization in chronic obstructive pulmonary monary disease( COPD) with pulmonary space-occupyinglesions under CT guided percutaneous puncture lung biopsy in patients with perioperative application of intraoperativecomplications. Method: 55 cases in accordance with conditions of randomly divided into two groups, includingconventional puncture group( control group) in 27 cases, 28 cases in treatment group, before the operation usingatomizing inhaled budesonide suspension liquid and compound isopropyl bromide atomized liquid, comparing the twocomplications.Result: The treatment group( cough, hemoptysis, hemothorax, pneumothorax and the incidence of pleuralreaction was reduced. Conclusion:Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) with pulmonary space-occupyinglesions in patients before the operation application of atomizing inhalation budesonide suspension liquid and compoundisopropyl bromide liquid atomization can better ensure thatoperation is completed, reduce intraoperative complications.
