Abstract Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of locking goose head nail internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric comminuted fractures.Method Selected in our hospital from 2011 July to 2014 June were intertrochanteric comminuted fractures in 80 patients were analyzed, they were randomly divided into control group( 40 cases) and observation group( 40 cases). The control group used the proximal femoral locking plate fixation scheme, the observation group with locking goose head nail internal fixation solution, observe the clinical effect of treatment of two groups of patients. Result:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group, patients with fracture healing time was shorter than the control group, the incidence rate of complications was lower than the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance. Conclusion:In the intertrochanteric comminuted fracture patients, the application of locking goose head nail internal fixation for the treatment of patients with clinical curative effect is better, the scheme, fracture healing time is short, low incidence of related complications, is worth the clinical promotion.
