Abstract Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of hypostatic pneumonia cured by Xue Bijing combined with antibiotics. Method： 82 patients who suffered from the hypostatic pneumonia and who accepted treatments in our hospital from March 2012 to February 2014 were taken as the research objects，and these patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，41 patients in each group. In the control group， they were treated with the Cefoperazone sodium shu ba potassium sodium glucose while in the observation group， on the basis of the treatment in the control group， they were treated with the Xue Bijing injection. Then， the curing effects of these two groups of patients were compared.Result： The total effective rate of observation group was 92.68%， and the control group was 70.73%，the differences had the statistical significance(（P<0.05）. In addition， the disappearing time for symptoms and signs in the observation group were evidently shorter than that in the control group and the differences had the statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effects of hypostatic pneumonia cured by Xue Bijing combined with antibiotics are good enough， which can evidently improve the curing effects， shorten the disappearing time for symptoms and signs， and improve the long-term outcomes， thus should be promoted in the clinical application.
