Abstract Objective: To observe the changes of coagulation, fibrinolytic function and platelet parameter before and after interventional therapy for patients with lung cancer, and explore its clinical significance.Method: 37 patients with lung cancer were treated with selective bronchial artery catheterization and perfusion chemotherapy drugs by using Seldinger line of femoral artery intubation,at the same time 35 cases of normal medical clinic were selected as control group. The changes of coagulation, fibrinolytic function and platelet parameter of the control group and patients with lung cancer were compared before and after chemotherapy.Result:The expression level of serum PT, TT and APTT,FIB,D-D,PAI-Ⅰ of patients with lung cancer before interventional treatment were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the expression levels of serum PC, FPS were significantly decreased, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The above indicators were significantly lower or higher after interventional therapy, compared with the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05).The expression levels of PLT, PCT and MPV of patients with lung cancer before interventional therapy were significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The above indicators were significantly lower after interventional therapy, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but PDW had no significant change(P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of interventional treatment of patients with lung cancer can be accurately assess according to blood coagulation, fibrinolytic function and platelet parameters.
