Abstract Objective: To test the expression of Human placental lactogen( HPL) and CA125 in early missed abortion, and discuss its rationality, accuracy and feasibility of early diagnosis of missed abortion. Method: 41 patients who clear diagnosis of early missed abortion were selected as experimental group, and 40 patients with normal pregnancy at the same period were selected as control group. Human placental lactogen( HPL) was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent, CA125 was detected by automated chemiluminescent immunoassay Analyzer. Result:( 1) HPL and CA125: the detection value of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05).( 2)After the relevant inspection, the human placental lactogen( HPL) in the experimental group was positively correlated with CA125. Conclusion: In missed abortion, the expression of HPL and CA125 in missed abortion is less than that of the normal pregnancy. The expression of HPL is positively correlated to the CA125.
